Terms and Conditions for Services by LaptopLuxe.in

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by LaptopLuxe.in (“we”, “our”, “us”) to customers in Jammu and Kashmir. By using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.


Services Provided

We provide a comprehensive range of IT services, including but not limited to:

  • Laptop and desktop repair

  • System upgrade

  • Networking setup and solutions

  • Troubleshooting (software & hardware)

  • Installation of hardware purchased from any vendor or from our website at www.laptopluxe.in

We offer doorstep services 7 days a week.


Booking and Payment

  • A booking amount is charged at the time of booking the service. The booking amount of 50% will be added to the final bill if you proceed with our repair services.

  • The booking amount also covers visiting charges for device checkup and diagnosis.

  • After completing the diagnosis, we will share a quotation for the repair or service. Work will begin only after you approve the quotation.

  • The booking amount is non-refundable if you choose not to proceed with the repair after the diagnosis has been conducted.

  • Payments for services and repairs are due on the same day of the service. We accept payment through cash, card, payment links, or QR codes.

  • Cheque payments are not accepted for amounts below ₹25,000.


Service Warranty

We ensure that all our services and repairs are conducted thoroughly and that the customer is satisfied with the work done. We recommend that customers check the completed work before making the final payment.


Hardware and Parts

  • We provide all necessary hardware and upgrade components, which can be purchased through our website or directly from our store. These parts can either be delivered to your address or picked up in-store.

  • Customers may also book a pickup service from our store via our website.


Repairs and Diagnosis

  • The diagnosis of the device is part of the service provided with a booking. Once the diagnosis is completed, we will issue a quotation for any required repairs.

  • You are not obligated to proceed with the repair after receiving the quotation. However, the booking amount is non-refundable if you decide not to go forward with the repairs.


Service Area

Our services are currently available in Jammu, and we are expanding to Jammu and Kashmir. We offer doorstep services within these regions.


Limitation of Liability

  • LaptopLuxe.in will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.

  • We do not guarantee the recovery of lost data, software, or other system configurations unless specifically stated in writing prior to service.


Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for the booking amount if you decide not to proceed with the repair after our diagnosis and the issuance of the quotation.

  • If you decide to cancel the service before the repair starts, you will forfeit the booking amount paid.


Customer Responsibilities

  • The customer is required to ensure that all necessary data backups are done before handing over the device for repair. We are not responsible for any data loss during the repair process.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the quotation and work agreement before the repair service is initiated.


Changes to Terms and Conditions

LaptopLuxe.in reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website or other relevant channels.


By proceeding with the booking and use of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
